1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SCDai Studio("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the SCDai Studio platform, software, website, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, purchasing credits, activating your account, or using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates to these Terms, which we may make at any time with or without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SCDai Studio. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
-You are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
-You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
-Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a person under the age of 18 or who does not meet eligibility requirements, without notice or refund.

3. Platform Purpose & Permitted Use

SCDai Studio is a real-time AI transformation and streaming platform designed exclusively for lawful content creation, entertainment, and live streaming purposes.

You are expressly permitted to use SCDai Studio for:

• Live streaming and content creation on lawful platforms
• Entertainment, performance, and creative expression
• Personal or commercial streaming in compliance with applicable law

Any use outside these permitted purposes is a material breach of these Terms.

4. Credits & Payments

Credits purchased are non-refundable once added to your account. Credits never expire and are consumed per second of AI processing time. We reserve the right to adjust per-second rates with 30 days notice.

Credit Purchases: Credits are consumed during active AI transformation sessions based on usage rates displayed on the Platform. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where:

• Credits are lost due to a verified technical error on our end
• A refund is required under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction

Credit Expiry: Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, in which case all credits are forfeited without refund.

Disputes: Any billing disputes must be raised within 14 days of the relevant transaction by contacting support@scdaistudio.com. We will not consider disputes raised after this period.

Fraud & Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute is a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately and pursue recovery of any disputed amounts through legal means.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Impersonate any real person without their explicit, documented prior consent, including but not limited to public figures, celebrities, politicians, or private individuals/li>
• Commit fraud, identity theft, or financial deception of any kind, including impersonating individuals for financial gain
• Generate content involving minors or non-consensual subjects
• Violate any applicable law at the local, national, or international level
• Produce content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates intellectual property
• Resell, redistribute, or rent your account access
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass platform security
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload our systems

6. User Responsibility & Sole Liability

You retain all rights to the original camera input and any transformed output you generate. SCDai claims no ownership over user-generated content. You are solely responsible for any content you create or distribute.

SCDai Studio is a neutral technology platform. The Company does not monitor, control, or direct the content created by users in real time. Accordingly:

• You bear full legal responsibility for how you use the Platform and any content you produce
• The Company cannot be held liable for your misuse of the Platform or any consequences arising therefrom
• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claim, liability, loss, or expense arising from your use or misuse of the Platform
• If your use of the Platform causes harm to any third party, you — not the Company — bear sole liability for that harm

This provision survives the termination of your account and these Terms.

7. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SCDai Studio, its founders, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity
• Any content you create, stream, or distribute using the Platform
• Any dispute between you and any third party arising from your use of the Platform

8. Account Termination, Account Security & Shared Access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Unused credits on terminated accounts are forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password and not share your credentials with any third party
• Notify us immediately at support@scdaistudio.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account, whether authorized or not

The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

9. Referral Program

Referral bonuses are credited when a new user signs up using your referral code and completes a verified purchase. Bonus amounts are configured by administrators and may change. Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals will result in bonus revocation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SCDai Studio and its founders, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Damages arising from your reliance on the Platform for any critical purpose

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Law Enforcement & Legal Requests<

SCDai Studio operates as a platform and does not actively monitor, review, or control how users apply our tools. We are not in a position to verify the purposes for which the Platform is used.

Where we receive a valid and legally binding request from a court, regulator, or law enforcement authority — such as a court order, subpoena, or equivalent legal instrument — we will respond as required by applicable law. We disclose user information only to the extent required by such legal process, and not beyond it. Where permitted by law and technically feasible, we will attempt to notify where permitted by law and reasonably practicable the affected user before disclosing their information, so they may seek legal remedy if they choose.
